His experience as an inbound specialist at IKEA Denmark provides a deep understanding of efficient supply chain management and exceptional customer service. Complemented by rigorous training in Fire Hazard Management, First Aid with Emergency Response Procedures, and Chemicals and Hygiene (INSTA800), he ensures our operations remain safe and efficient. Beyond the boardroom, his leadership as President of the Himalayan Sports Club in Denmark reflects his dedication to fostering community engagement and inspiring others.
Our leadership team also includes a pioneering businesswoman whose vision has been the cornerstone of Falcon Services’ growth. Armed with a graduate degree in business management, she brings unmatched entrepreneurial acumen and a relentless drive to elevate the service industry. As a retired Nepal Police Officer and former Security Supervisor at the US Embassy, his career is marked by exemplary service, leadership, and crisis management skills. His participation in international peacekeeping missions with the UN in Haiti further underscores his global perspective and dedication to safeguarding communities. Now, as a successful entrepreneur in the import and export sector, he brings an entrepreneurial spirit and strategic insight that are invaluable to our growth.
Our Business Development Manager is a strategic thinker and multi-talented professional who bridges the worlds of education and healthcare. As a leader at a prestigious educational institution, he showcases his commitment to learning and organizational excellence. Simultaneously, he manages complex medical projects, from setting up ICUs to implementing advanced healthcare systems, through his leadership in the medical solutions field. His dedication to improving community health through his own health center in Lalitpur reflects a genuine passion for service and innovation.
The Managing Director rounds out our leadership team with extensive expertise in security management. With a 15-year legacy at the US Embassy in Kathmandu, he has honed his skills in various key roles, mastering security protocols, managing operations, and guiding teams with precision.
